The space Our house is perfectly set-up for sunny winter days but cold nights. The north-facing Alfresco area warms up beautifully in the sun. Pull back the patio doors and enjoy the outdoor area. At night, close up the doors and pop on the ducted central heating to be toasty warm and curl up on the lounge sofas enjoying a glass of vino (not mandatory but highly recommended!).
There are 4 individual bedrooms that sleep 2 in each room. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if you need room for 2 more people. The main dining table can comfortably seat 8 but is fine with 10, there is also a high-chair and 2 seater IKEA kids table for younger kids.
Dogs are welcome but we ask they stay on the Alfresco area of the house only and not on the furniture. The garden is secure for medium / larger dogs (the side gate is the railing type).
WE DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES AND/OR NOISE THAT MIGHT DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS and under no circumstances do we allow parties with additional guests. Guest access You're welcome to use the pool, just leave it like you find it.
The garage is not available but there is parking on the driveway and also free street parking. Other things to note Whilst we welcome dogs we do ask that you keep to the Alfresco area, off the furniture and clear up any unwanted presents in the garden :)
The alfresco area can be secured and kept separate from the rest of the house and is perfect to put down your dog bedding.

Great situation, property is actually better than the photos - clean, comfortable and a lot more than just the basics in the kitchen and cupboards. Hosts were excellent and responsive - highly recommended.
