Nice
Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, floors were very dirty, and linen on beds not freshly washed. Generally very nice place to stay although parking in street very limited.
We were all impressed with the house and amenities. Bonus use of the garage was appreciated.Only minor negatives- wet washing was still in the machine & we expected to have towels etc in each room, but did find some in the linen cupboard. Also no teatowel available. inin the linen

Great place to stay with a family. Highly recommend it.
Highly recommended - had an enjoyable weekend stay for my mums 80th birthday. Clean and comfortable property with everything supplied. Our host John was great to deal with and very prompt with communication.
THANK YOU
Accommodation was excellent with communication, ease of access to property and very good facilities making our short weekend away very pleasant. Happy to recommend property to anyone looking to stay in this area.
A fabulous house, with plenty of room, very clean and the host was an absolute delight to deal with, answered all questions promptly.
Would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay.
Will definitely be back 🌟
House is very spacious, clean and comfortable. So much room! Host is easy and pleasant to communicate with. Easy walk to beach, playgrounds, supermarket and cafes.
This is a beautiful home and large enough for 2 x families, especially with the 3 x living areas. House was very clean and all the facilities and appliances were all in working order.
Great location and not too far from beach and shops.
Highly recommended !!
This house is huge & well set out. Easy to find, easy to enter & our host was always available if needed. Our only complaint would be that a shelf in the fridge was covered in a red sticky substance & we had to clean it.
Overall excellent & would definitely stay again. Thank you
The property is a large new home located 1.5 klms from the beach in a quiet new development of St Leonards. We had a large family group and the house is comfortable and accommodated us well. The net flicks and air hockey table were popular with our grandchildren, and the kitchen, laundry facilities, and two bathrooms met all our needs.
The house is good value.
Nice and pleasant stay, but cooking oven was not working and bbq machine outside was not cleaned and always power was dripping out… house was cleaned and luxurious
I stayed here with 4 mates for the grand final weekend. Overall the quality of the house was very good. Clean, spacious and nice facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There were some negatives though. The bins were full when we arrived. The air-con was temperamental.
The bed situation was:
Master bedroom: 1 Queen + WIR + Ensuite.
2nd BR: 1 Queen.
3rd BR: 1 Queen.
4th BR: 1 bunk (double lower, single upper) + 1 single (bunk and single squeezed into the same room).
The house search filtered on 5+ bedrooms, which was not the case. There were 2 side annexes with big couches that don't qualify as bedrooms.
Overall this was a still a positive experience.
