-A air-conditioned living/dining room (30 m²) equipped with a television (TNT), a DVD player, a hi-fi system and a fireplace.
- A separate kitchen (12 m²), consisting of a dining area, a fridge, electric hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
- A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
