There are also internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom has a combined shower/bathtub with a frameless glass screen.

The Neighborhood:
Supermarkets, gyms, banks and other amenities you'd expect in the Adelaide CBD are all within walking distance. It's also a brief stroll to Chinatown for a great choice of Chinese and pan-asian restaurants, as well as a vibrant nightlife with various boutique bars. Getting Around:
Buses and trams (light rail) services are an easy stroll from the apartment, with Train Station Adelaide about a 20 minute walk (or short tram ride) away. Adelaide airport is a 20 minute drive away. If you want to head to Glenelg Beach (Adelaide’s beachside playground) simply walk down Sturt St and hop on the tram which takes you straight there.
