Beautiful house with everything you can imagine and more. Big terrace and beautiful patio with swimming pol with views from the large kitchen and air conditioning dining area. Take your morning coffee surrounded by bird melodies. Main floor room for an office or guest with a poker table and bar to entertain. Step out of your bedroom on the second floor to see the swimming pool and lots of trees from the surrounding neighbourhood witch is one of the best and safest in Merida, close to restaurants, shopping malls and attractions.
Live your car in the double garage and take the public transportation right at your door step to enjoys city views and downtown wonders. Forgot milk? Don Nacho convenience store is right across the street. Our goal is to make you stay as pleasurable as possible.

Location location location

The property manager is quick to respond, very good communication. The property is in need of some updating and fresh paint. The house was very clean, all the amenities you will need, nice pool, very refreshing. The best part of this house is the location, close to good restaurants, lots of shopping Costco, malls, being on the North side of Merida it is easy to get to Progresso and the beach/ Gulf of Mexico. We really enjoyed our stay.

This House Is Amazing

The house was beautiful and super clean! The neighborhood is quite and a 4 minute walk to the mall. There is a store directly across the street feom the house. The ambiance is awesome our family of 5 were very comfortable with room to spare. We will return.

Jun 2022 The house is beautiful comfortable exactly like Expected but the kitchen sinks where very clogged and a lot of the rain water gets in from the front door . My family and I had the most relaxing comfortable vacation days
