We should also mention: if you have a boat this is the place to bring it. The Palm Beach anchorage is just around the corner. There’s a garage and plenty of on-street parking for land-based transportation too.

This property is the perfect place to relax and entertain with family and friends. The BBQ area is a compact outdoor kitchen in its own right, with running water and bench space. While it’s still in the exclusive enclave of Palm Beach, this property is on the quieter, Pittwater-facing side of the peninsula. That means easy access for parking and a slightly quieter vibe. If privacy and peace and quiet are your thing, then the enclosed lawn, private pool and bushy surrounds will more than meet your expectations.

It’s simply gorgeous. Architecturally designed to admit the maximum of sunlight and salty breezes while retaining that private feel, this home is one of the best-looking beach houses we’ve seen.
