What a beautiful condo
We loved our stay here and loved the layout .
Free shuttle bus stop just short 50 mtr walk out the front to and from the village.
Hot tub was fantastic after a day on the slopes.
Only small negative was the internet was abit slow and dropped out a lot even when no one was connected with just the smart tv steaming shows , but other then that this was was amazing and would definitely stay here again
This property was perfect for our needs. 2 couples visiting for some amazing Skiing.The location was great with easy access to Blackcomb.It was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a perfect day of skiing and the beds were extremely comfortable.The hosts were extremely responsive and check in, parking were all a breeze with easy instructions.
Wonderful condo with easy access to shuttle which was super convenient getting to the lifts as well as the Village. Pictures are very accurate and I would highly recommend this property.
My group enjoyed staying at this property for our ski trip, the location was within walking distance to a free shuttle and a ski trail if you want to ski in/out. The house was clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. I would book again!
The location is fantastic, just off piste for near ski in ski out access. It's a 5 min walk up the hill. The house is very cozy It wasn't left in quite guest-ready condition. No dish detergent, laundry detergent, and only a single roll of paper towels. Nothing that can't be quickly fixed but would have been great to know up front as we did all of our shopping on the way in.All in qll was still great qpr!
Stayed a few days with 4 people (2 couples). Place was ideal for that. Would have been tighter with 1-2 more but doable. Communication was good, location is close to free shuttle stop which is helpful. Private hot tub available with hot tub towels provided (separate from bath towels).

Nice complex
We liked the cozy atmosphere of this complex and location. The property has been renovated but is getting a little run down. Great for two couples.
We had a great Christmas stay here! The unit was just as pictured and was very cozy for our family of 5. A nice fireplace in the living room and lots of warm blankets. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice. Since we were going to be there for Christmas, I had inquired about a Christmas tree. The owner was so sweet to set up a tree for us and even dropped off extra lights/ornaments. She was very responsive with any questions we had, as well. The ski run on Blackcomb Mountain was a short walk down the road and easy to access. We were excited to have a private hot tub, but I will say it is the most shallow hot tub I’ve ever seen! Not even knee deep, which made it a little awkward. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!
Overall great stay at the property. We are repeat users and like the location and amenities in the unit. Comfortable for our two teenagers as well (one on the pull-out). The owner also showed us some flexibility with a later checkout which we appreciated!

Well equipped house, everything you’d need for cooking etc. Comfortably fitted out. Secure parking. Convenient for the free shuttle to the village - or stroll down to the upper village. Ideal for hitting the mountain bike trails. Very enjoyable stay.

This was the worst stay i have ever had and the first bad review i have ever written
The property is ok. It is photographed to look better than it is, but it’s no better than others in the area and we've stayed in more than 10.
Upon arrival, every kitchen item that we used was dirty. The place mats had food all over them. There was no dish cloth. We reported this, 2 days later the cleaner returned, but we had already cleaned what we needed. When the cleaner came for a mid-clean, they forgot to change the sheets. They returned the next day as we were making dinner. When we noted that the timing was inconvenient, the manager’s told us “The cleaners did not realize that they had a time frame”. There were 8 light globes not working, which highlights how little care the manager takes in maintaining this rental. on arrival, the spa had a scumring. I had to send the manager a photo to prove my point.
The washing machine takes over 3 hours to run. The internet had extended periods of no service for the 14 day stay. We reported all problems but they were never fixed. The manager responded that we had overloaded the internet. Apparently, we'd used 3 TVs and 6 devices at the same time. It was our fault. There were only two of us. It wasn’t us, but we were blamed for it.
These are the major issues, but there were many more. When we asked for some of our rent back we were told to contact VRBO. I assume because it’s their fault, not the managers. Not sure how that works.
