Skylight and breakfast bar in kitchen make for a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Master bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and separate full bath. Wood floors and vaulted ceiling add to the character and open feel of this charming cottage.

THE LOCATION
Walk down the private drive to beach access and enjoy the day on the lakeshore. Take advantage of the miles of bike trails leading to additional public access points and parks. Award winning downtown Holland Michigan is just a 15 minute drive and Downtown Grand Haven just 20. Holland State Park is a 10 minute drive and a great spot to spend the day and hike out on the pier and watch the boats entering the Channel to Lake Macatawa.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Please note there is Lake Michigan access in place at this property. As many have done, the owners have placed large sandbags along the home's shoreline to mitigate further beach erosion due to high Lake Michigan water levels. That said, even with the sandbags in place, the water is easily accessible by climbing down or up the "step-like" configuration of the sandbags. See photos for detail.
