Bay Forest is an AMAZING resort community located just 3 miles from beautiful Bethany Beach featuring extraordinary amenities and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom plus loft with 2.5 bath vacation carriage house features a casual elegance throughout and includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 6 TVs, WiFi, screen porch, charming patio and gas grill. Bay Forest features two pools, one of which includes two slides and a lazy river and a separate tot pool for little ones, and another pool that includes a lap pool and relaxed seating in a beautiful setting! There is also basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, tennis courts, nature trails and biking paths, playgrounds, beach shuttle and crabbing pier. Guest must complete the Bay Forest community registration form no less than 7 days prior to check in and therefore property must be booked no less than 7 days prior to arrival.
