You will get the entire space to yourself. To get into the condo, we will give you a key access code the day of your arrival. The indoor amenities will be accessible via a Fob, which will come with the door key. The parking will open with remote which will be attached to the key

- Extra blankets and pillows are provided
- If you are using the board game, please keep it as you found after using. If any pieces are MISSING, it will be DECUSTED from your security deposit.
- Misplacement of key or Fob will enquire of fine of $300. ($100 for parking remote, $50 for building fob, $100 for key, $50 for Key access Fob)
-Building Fire regulation – no of people booked should always match exact no of people staying, including infant.
-this Building provides heating & AC to all condors as it’s part of the building. So, during your stay if any of these have problems it would be a whole building issue which is out of individual condor owner hand. It will be attended by the building management maintenance team. Hence, they may need access to the unit depending on the circumstances.
