home in need of a up date

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 out of 5 stars, nice home, older, landscaping was 25% dead, deck furniture was ****.we had ants and spiders in the kitchen, 1 bathroom upstairs toilet was broke, and when we got there, a 90 degree day, the fans upstairs all were off and the a/c not set cool at all. the people, house sitters were great and responsive to our calls. we we told there was dinnerware for 24, it was only 12, we had 19 for diner on Saturday, the sweet girl went out and got us 12 more place settings! check in time was 4 o’clock on friday, check out 11 am on Sunday, i had to pay a extra $250 to check in at 2 on Friday, when you are paying $2000 a night i would have like a whole 48 hours, not 43. the pool was not clean, one of the main reasons we rent this home, the deep end had lots of paint chips on the bottom. all in all could be much nicer, needs some updating and a deep clean, there was massive mold on the inside of the doors in the pool area, sure that is a problem, but you just have to clean it! i would look at a different property until they fix the problems.

Guys golf trip to Nashville

Pictures better than the actual house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great pictures of the house which is why I rented it. House has been renovated significantly but is not on the level I expected. Broken pool heater and hot tub.Basement smells really odd.
