Update on 8-1-2024 - Until further notice, and for the safety of all due to exterior renovations, the condo association is requiring the pool, BBQ grills, pool restrooms, and Pool Pavilion be closed Monday through Friday, during the contractor's working hours, which are from 8 am to 4 pm. The pool will be cleaned and reopened each weekday at 4 pm, and the pool will remain open during regular pool hours on the weekend.
Update on 9-10-2024 - Roof Contractors will be replacing the roof from approximately November 25th, 2024, and the project will last approximately 40 days. The hot tub access is restricted until further notice.
This unit must be booked at least 11 days in advance of check in, and the HOA application must be returned to us within 24 hours of booking. If booked with less than 11 days to check in, as per the HOA, we must decline the booking. 2-week minimum stay required.
This Beach front/ Beach view 2-bedroom 2 bath condo sits directly on Sand Key Beach, and the view from the 9th floor is TO DIE FOR!!! 2-week minimum booking required. Sand Key sits adjacent to Clearwater Beach, and both beaches are rated as the loveliest beaches in the WORLD! This unit sleeps up to 7; there is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen/full bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area, and a one person hide-away cot located in the master bedroom closet. The unit has a full kitchen stocked with kitchen ware, a dining area, and has a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. Located in Lighthouse Towers, there is a beautiful inground pool and jacuzzi, that also sports tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, in a resort-like setting. Simply lovely!
Again, this unit must be booked at least 11 days in advance of check in, and the HOA application must be returned to us within 24 hours of booking. The condo association requires a signed rental agreement and guest registration form be received at least 10 days prior check in. This means at your time of booking the forms must be filled out and returned to us within a day, and we forward to the HOA for their approval. There is a 2-week minimum stay, with an $150 application to the HOA required (included in the rentals charges). There is one assigned parking spot. Guest parking spots are limited and temporary and must be arranged with the HOA management. In Airbnb, "beds" show the one-person cot as a floor mattress, however it is a stow-away fold up twin bed, not a floor mattress, and it is located in the master bath closet.
The owner supplies 2 beach chairs, and iron/ironing board. There is both a small regular coffee maker and a K-cup coffee maker.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Esas are not allowed by the HOA or the owner, and the Hoa requires documentation to be given to them and verified by their attorney in advance of your stay, or a guest with a service animal will be charged with a $100 daily fee until PROPER SERVICE ANIMAL PROOF is provided to the HOA and verified by the Associations Attorney.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
