The Friendly Pelican will leave you basking in the beautiful Florida Sunshine! This luxury home boasts a long list of amenities including game room, heated pool, and spa- all while being pet friendly! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (including a pool access bath) villa boasts 2500 sqft and has sleeping capabilities of 10!
Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the tasteful décor with calming tones, space and comfort to give you and your guests the much needed SWFL vacation you deserve. In the game room, guests will have a great time challenging each other at Foosball, Pac-Man, and an assortment of board games!
In the living room, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind while watching their favorite movie on the large Smart TV. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook the perfect meal including basic kitchen supplies, stainless steel appliances, and a toaster! This home has three separate dining spaces (including one outside) giving guests plenty of space!
In the bedroom, guests will find comfortable beds, large Smart TVs and desks for working. The Master bath is fit for a king with double sinks, a large soaking tub and separate shower!
Once outside, guests will fall in love with their private oasis! This fenced in backyard includes plenty of grass space for your furry friends! Guests will also love the large heated pool with connected hot tub. This pool is perfect for floating around, swimming laps, or playing games.
