Stunning Ocean Front Cabin - Wynter’s Cabin

Where the San Juan river meets the sea. Stunning mountain and ocean views where the fall salmon run at your door step.
Welcome to Wynter’s Cabin, a cozy and private ocean front getaway with fire pit right on the river mouth located in the heart of Beach Camp.

The Cabin
Our 1 bedroom cabin is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with local art. It includes a king sized bed and ensuite with a walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue perfect for a romantic couples retreat. There is also a small loft that could accommodate an extra guest.

Location
Port Renfrew is known as the Tall tree Capital of Canada and the Gateway to the Pacific.
Access to the West Coast Juan De Fuca Trails, Avatar Grove, Lonely Doug, Botanical Beach and more hidden local secrets.
The beach and park is just a minute walk away, and less than a few minutes to stores, beaches, hiking trails, and dining out to local restaurants
Or if you prefer you can relax on your patio watching the wildlife, waves and memorable sunsets.

Please know that there is no cell service unless your on the Rogers network there’s 5G, in Port Renfrew but there is access to Wifi on the property and in specific locations around town.

Beautifully remodeled, this cabin has everything you want to come home to after a day of exploring Port Renfrew. Kitchen has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and the shower a delight. Even the outdoor areas are well thought out. The only downside is the constant buffering of the tv, but hey, we're not here to watch tv. Hosts very responsive. Explored the beaches, enjoyed the tide pools and fungi in the woods.Sombthbeach,Botanyhertv!e

This place is a gem in Port Renfrew. Our hosts are amazing and so kind and generous. They even had thoughtful items that most people would even consider supplying. Everything is provided for a wonderful stay, all you need to do is bring yourselves and enjoy the fabulous ocean view!

Our stay with Shelly and Scott at their Port Renfrew cabin was excellent. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed. Shelly and Scott were on hand when needed but not intrusive. We appreciated their local knowledge and tips on things to do in and around Port Renfrew and Scott’s fresh zucchini loaf was an added bonus!

Beautiful Sea-Side Escape in quiet fishing town!
We LOVED this place! Port Renfrew’s natural beauty is amazing. This ocean front cabin was wonderful (literally steps to the ocean).Cozy with all the comforts of home. Close to many parks, fresh water lakes, paths and trails! The hosts, Scotty & Shelly, were wonderful people and so generous with their time and suggestions! Sand, surf and a majestic temperate rainforest steps from your door! We will be back .

The house was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of this property and Scott and Shelly made our three night stay simply too short. A nice, peaceful stay!
We loved this property. There’s a fire pit to enjoy by the water; we watched the sun set over the hills, listening to the waves lap one night. It was everything! The house is also very sweet. Was clean and had everything we’d need — even had a few snacks for us which was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

Unwind & Unplug
We had a great getaway at the Cabin for our anniversary. It has all the necessities on site, and lovely hosts that went above and beyond and helped us with local questions. Morning coffee and a walk along the waterfront is a must. The cell reception is non-existent in Port Renfrew, but the wifi worked for anything we needed, and otherwise, it was an excellent way to relax and unplug. Would definitely come back, and will recommend it to our local friends!

A cute tiny house
The proberty is cute, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were really nice and helpfull. They lend fishing lines to my son and husband. They suggested visiting things that we were not aware off. Port renfrew is a bit isolated and only have a general store, no grocery store. The host warn us before our arrival. I thought it was really nice of them to think about that. We had a really good and confortable time.

Very nice little cabin on the water. Super clean when we arrived and could tell they used good building materials inside which i appreciated. Scott and shelly are very nice as well and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Would stay again!

“Your on Renfrew Time.” Renfrew encourages enjoyment of life, a deeper appreciation of your senses, and the ability to “Live in the Present” Because its a gift. Your surrounded by all the elements. Go for a swim/surf or a boat ride in the ocean, or in one of many rivers & lakes that surround the area. You might wish to go for a hike or bike ride on one of the trails, or just sit and enjoy the fire on the river while cooking up sum eats.
Port Renfrew just has a way of reminding you what really matters to you in life.

Why they chose this property

Our Beautiful Cabin has a brand new King bed 600 thread count sheets. Light, Bright, Warm and Cozy, With blackout curtains so when sleeping in is a must, We got you!

Everything you need is in the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, mugs, glasses, bowls, plates, toaster, popcorn maker, crock pot, etc… and if it’s not there don’t be shy just knock on our door we will be happy you help you out, that’s what neighbour's are for.

Honestly, we think our cabin is perfect for that romantic getaway your looking for.
But if you just can’t leave the kids, the loft above the kitchen/living room is perfect for 2 kids and still gives a good separation.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy sitting around the fire pit in the evening enjoying the views, we might just join you for a story or two about the history of the area as our family has deep roots in this community and our local friends stop by as well, need some fresh fish for dinner, that can be arranged too.
I have probably missed a 1000 things that I could tell you about Port Renfrew but you need to discover somethings for yourself.
