Perfect home for a family GetawaY to the coast! Reserve this 2 bedroom 2 bath coastal gem today.



Walk upstairs to a gorgeous deck with outside seating perfect for watching the morning sunrise or have some evening drinks while watching the sunset. 



Reel Relaxed comes with a  spacious living room with ample seating and flat screen tv. TV is app based, so log in to your personal subscriptions and continue watching your favorite show as if you were at home. Property does provide a logged in Netflix account for guest use. Kitchen comes with all up to date stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with all the essentials for making all those perfect meals for the family. 



After a long day at the beach or a day of fishing there is nothing betterer than to climb into a comfortable king size bed. Master king bedroom has sizable closet space, flat screen tv, and master bath.



Secondary room has a queen size bed with considerable closet space and flat screen tv. Guest bathroom is just down the hall. 



That's not all, need extra sleeping accomodations. Living room couch folds out to a queen size bed. Home also has full size stackable washer and dryer. Large driveway for mutiple vehicles or boat and trailer.



There is also a charcoal grill provided to grill up your fresh catch of the day!!



 Ocean Reef's community pool is open!! So don't forget to bring your swimsuits!!

Cancellation Policy:


A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Good central location

Property needs some work. I've owned several myself. TVs are about 3 feet too high. Had to sit in kitchen to watch TV. No corkscrew, no wine glasses, needs round dishes to use in microwave, needs a push broom and vacuum. only a small broom present to try and keep sand cleaned up. had to clean and correctly put together grill before use

Relaxing Trip

Very clean new home. Great communication from owner. Easy check in and check out. Our 22’ boat was too tight to fit in driveway but that didn’t keep us from having a great time. Bed in master is extremely comfy and pillows too. Great place to stay.

Great house and area

My family really enjoyed this house and the amenities in the neighborhood. The house is located about 10 minutes from Rockport and Aransas Pass so it was very easy to go in either direction to get anything we needed. We will definitely look at this property again if we have another softball tournament down in the area.

Simply Perfect!

I was so nervous renting a property in a town I had never been to before, but this one exceeded my expectations. The location was great and the property was perfect for myself, my son and his girlfriend. We felt like we were at home and were completely relaxed. Very nice new home

Stayed here for a weekend of fishing in Port A. The home is new and very clean and well stocked. Management was great with communication and they made sure I had the right directions since it's a new development and I it doesn't appear on the map. Found it with no problem! Only thing is that the subdivision is still under construction, I'm sure it will be very nice when it's all done. Overall great stay!

Amazing Experience!!!

Situated in a great location, right between Rockport and Port Aransas. The house was beautiful with a perfect amount of ocean theme decor. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Very comfortable couches and beds. Plenty of linens and towels. Visitor's guide provided by management company was very helpful. Marie answered all my calls and questions. We would definitely stay here again. This will be our first look next time we are in Port A.
