Sleeps 12, yes! Providing a great layout with so much space, this will appeal to those looking for a larger home to suit a family or friend group on holiday. Nicely decorated and well-appointed, it's a super comfortable, fuss-free house with a great coastal vibe. And only a short walk to the beach!
Upstairs, the kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine is well-equipped for an extended stay, and overlooks the generous dining table, seating 12. The open-plan lounge seats 10 and the space leads out to a terrific long covered entertaining balcony, perfect for a wine after a long day at the beach. Water glimpses are an added bonus.
3 of the bedrooms, 2 Queens and 1 double are upstairs, all nicely decorated with a beachy feel. The main bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and shower.
Downstairs comprises 2 adjoining bedrooms, a Queen and a room perfect for the kids with 2 bunk beds. There is also a second lounge or rumpus room with a kitchenette, and a laundry with washing machine that also houses a toilet, shower and vanity.
Heating, ceiling and pedestal fans and reverse cycle air conditioning will ensure your comfort.
The fully fenced yard is laid to turf, perfect for entertaining the kids while you cook up a storm on the BBQ on the back deck overlooking the garden. There is also a clothesline, and plenty of parking.
Mollymook is the perfect spot for a relaxing break and this home is well-positioned to take advantage of all it has to offer. Only 10 minutes walk to both Mollymook and Collers beaches, a short stroll to the golf club with its family-friendly bistro, some great local cafes, a playground and a basketball court it's ticking boxes on every front!
The offerings in terms of water activities are vast: whether you like to just relax and have a swim, or be more active and engage in surfing or water sports, it's all available. There are some great spots for fishing, some lovely coastal walks and the Bogey Hole is great fun for exploring the rock pools and swimming in safe, shallow water.
In terms of eateries, it's a short drive, or a half hour beach-front walk, to north Mollymook where you'll find some fabulous local restaurants including Rick Steins, Bannisters Pavilion and Gwylo. In that northern end of Mollymook there's also Mollymook shopping village, a pizzeria, fish and chip shop, and the Bowling club offering barefoot bowling and a friendly bistro.
If you'd like to explore further afield, it's a short drive to historic Milton with its enticing boutiques, cafes, galleries and antique centres, or you can find more mainstream amenities in Ulladulla, such as a larger supermarket, restaurants, a movie theatre, Sea Pool and Funland.
With so much on offer, and a comfortable holiday home in such a great location as your base, you won't want to come home!
