and seating, on the other side of the room soak in breathtaking views of the

pool and bay while enjoying the company you are with or watching tv. The very

functional kitchen is stocked with all your pots, pans, appliances and

dinnerware with an electric stove/oven with a separate island. The dining area

is situated in the middle of the kitchen, living and enclosed back porch. The

front bedroom has a door leading to the pool, 2 queen beds, and a private

bathroom with a tub/shower combo PLUS a separate shower and two vanities. The

back bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The bunk

room (open to the laundry area) situated between the living and utility room

has a half bath nearby. Additional areas include a wet bar, 15 x 23 enclosed

patio overlooking pool and water, a half bath by the pool and the entire

downstairs is nothing but garage with 4 stalls and ample space for 5+ cars..

A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc.,

grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body

wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc.



B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels,

garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional

products during their stay.



C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and

toys!
