It's a perfectly decent place to stay. I can recommend it but with a few caveats. The building is older and quirky. There is a small underground garage that only connects to the lobby and elevator by stairs. The unit I stayed in, although advertised as a penthouse, was not actually the penthouse (4th floor of a 5 story building). The unit is recently renovated and large. Much nicer than you would find in a moderate to high end hotel. But with some interesting design choices. The kitchen and bathroom counter tops are laminate, which although new, gives a cheaper feel. Not what one would expect at this price point. The view is great, directly over Kelowna Park. You are directly next to Lawrence Ave with high end stores and many restaurants and eateries. Short walking distance to a Safeway and Anytime Fitness. Unfortunately as comes with most downtown centres these days, there is a high homeless population in the area.

Amazing condo in a wonderful location.

This was my wife and I first time to Kelowna. This condo was beautiful and clean. Many nights were spent on the heated patio with a glass of wine. This property could not have been in a better location, as it is in the heart of everything. There is a beautiful park across the street where you can enjoy nature and the lake, and take advantage of the waterfront walking paths. Numerous excellent restaurants are with in a 2 block radius, and if you partake in a few to many regional wines, it’s a quick stroll back. The property manager was excellent to deal with, and the check in procedure was a breeze. We enjoyed our time in Kelowna and would love to visit again. When we do this property will be at the top of our list!

Wonderful downtown location

The property is located downtown, is surrounded by great restaurants, and has gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and extremely well equipped. Two well-appointed bathrooms are an unexpected luxury. The only challenge is the underground parking. The height restriction is 6 ft. 5 inches and the facility is somewhat cramped. Nevertheless it is quite workable once you work out a system for parking. Overall, the whole experience was enjoyable.

Jason, was the best host. Any questions or concerns addressed immediately. Very comfortable and bright. I love to cook so I enjoyed the kitchen every night. The view is amazing! Cant go wrong with perfection.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious with high end, quality finishes throughout, very clean and new feeling. Could not be a better location in downtown Kelowna. Directly across from the park and marina, restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Building was clean, quiet and secure. Parking garage attached to building currently under renovation but lots of other parking available on the block. Check-in/out was smooth, owner communication was great, always answering messages promptly. We will stay here again next time we're in Kelowna. Great spot.

A Classy Property in the best Kelowna location

We are a family of 4 adults fortunate enough to spend 4 nights during the Labour Day weekend at this amazing property It was everything as advertised and some! It was truly a class of its own The kitchen was exceptional, too bad we didn’t get to use it We never used the kitchen due to the proximity of some of the finest restaurants Kelowna has to offer within 15 minutes of walking Despite being right in the middle of downtown we always felt safe walking around even late at night The highway 97 is only two blocks away giving easy access to both airport and the bridge to West Kelowna Our host Jason and the property manager Lois were super friendly and accommodating We are already planing another visit next summer!

Perfect getaway

Excellent location with beautiful view of the marina and park. Spacious, modern design make it comfortable and easy to call home for any amount of time. Very quiet, despite being in the heart of the action. Owner was prompt and efficient with any concerns. Highly recommend.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Literally everything that we needed was in this lovely space. We were on the top of the world best view of the lake. The location was excellent and the property…it was absolutely beautiful. We felt so incredibly comfortable and happy. Thank you!!

One of the few 5 star penthouse condos this central. This is the newest unit at this address which is geared toward a special family or romantic getaway. The living space, amenities, and balcony make this unit truly unique. All this coupled with no footsteps heard in the morning from the above unit enable a relaxing sleep in.

Once you stay here you'll never rent a hotel room in Kelowna again.
