Step into history with our beautifully preserved 100-year-old federation home in the heart of Inglewood. This 3-bedroom gem offers a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for families or friends. Enjoy a feeling of tranquility and old-world charm from the moment you enter the grounds of this beautifully restored and well-maintained property.
There are 3 large bedrooms, all with high ornate ceilings and original timber floors, each with a comfy queen bed fitted with hotel-style linen.
There is a futon and an air mattress that can be set up as well (on request for an additional fee). However, please note that this property can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
The kitchen has been superbly renovated in a modern, funky, farmhouse feel, with quality appliances and cookware. The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home and is a great space to create special memories. There is a separate area with a TV (Netflix included), which can be closed off from the main living area. WiFi is also included.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.
To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.
For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.
Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request.

Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.

Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
👉 Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You'll find units in both the living area and all three bedrooms for your convenience.
👉 Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! Highchairs and cots are available for hire. Just remember to bring your own cot linen for your baby's comfort.
👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.
👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
👉 Pet-friendly Property:
A pet fee of $25 per day applies, payable prior to your stay. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and cared for during your visit. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for the property.
👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard driveway for your vehicle. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.
Old Fashioned Leafy Suburb minutes from the CBD. Step out from behind the white picket fence and take a short stroll to Beaufort Street, which is a popular shopping and eating strip, especially in Inglewood and Mount Lawley, and is one of the most heavily patronised bus corridors in Perth. The Astor Cinema is also on Beaufort. We promise that you will be absolutely spoilt in this location!
- Hiring a car in Perth is recommended.
- Install/download the 'Transperth' app for easy transportation methods and times.
- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy
As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.

Quiet hours are between 10pm – 7am
Report any damaged or lost items in a timely manner, you will be required to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement.
When vacating please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, rubbish removed, and dishes washed and put away. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in a poor condition.
Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a flat fee of $25.00
