Australian Wildlife & Nature: Living in Australia means sharing space with native creatures, including ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes and spiders, particularly in warmer months. While we implement regular cleaning, pest control, and secure food storage, an occasional visitor may appear. If this happens, let us know, and we’ll assist as best we can.
Snakes:
Although uncommon, snakes may be spotted in natural areas like parks, bushland, and along the riverbanks. They avoid human interaction, and local wildlife services are available if one needs relocating.
To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, a Minut sensor is installed in the dining/living area. This device monitors noise levels, temperature, and detects cigarette smoke. Please be aware that smoking inside the property is prohibited, and the sensor will alert us to any violations. Importantly, the Minut sensor measures sound levels without recording or listening, ensuring your privacy is respected.
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, the apartment complex is equipped with security cameras in common areas, specifically positioned above apartments 1, 5, and 8. These cameras monitor the entry gate, car parking areas, and walkways.

When vacating please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, rubbish removed, and dishes washed and put away. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in a poor condition.
Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a flat fee of $25.00
Unreturned and/or lost gate fob will be charged a flat fee of $215.00
