Welcome to our active adult community. Our home is located in a central area with four golf courses and resort style amenities and is very well equipped with everything to make this a home away from home. Private, heated pool/spa in private, quiet backyard. Near shopping, restaurants, and amenities. Enjoy the warmth, fun, and outdoor activities including tennis, pickleball, bocce, golf near the Phoenix area. Close to Cardinal Stadium, spring training, etc. The Grand is a resort for adults but with a private home!! (Nov/Dec. may include a pool heating fee if heater is extensively used.). We are open to questions and happy to assist - long term, repeat guests welcome and discount rates available.

Our community has four beautiful 18-hole golf courses with multiple others nearby with
onsite restaurants and coffee shops. Costco, Wal-Mart, Trader Joes - minutes away and . . . outlet mall shopping within a 30 minute drive!!!
