No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.

Awesome location right on the beach.

We stayed in half of this oceanfront duplex. Perfect for our stay. Huge upstairs space with a big view of the ocean, plenty of seating and a nice deck. Not the fanciest house, but it was really just what we needed. Gas grill and smoker were nice to have. There was a pack & play in the master bedroom closet which was great - much more space in our car since we didn't have to bring our own! Not having sheets or towels was a bit of a pain, but we managed. Just keep this in mind if you book the place. Also know that you will have another family / group staying in the other half of the duplex and you will probably interact a little bit since the decks are connected. Not a big deal for us since they were nice people. The owner communicated well.

Best Girl's Trip EVER!!!

Kids back to school. Husbands at home with pets. Staying at an ocean front condo. Spent evenings on Ocean Front rear deck catching up. Jitney transportation to boardwalk. Updated kitchen (new refrigerator and microwave). Very clean property. This has become our annual tradition❤️

We loved it!

We stayed at this amazing property for a last minute birthday party for my daughter and a few family friends. The place was fantastic. The VIEW of the Ocean was mesmerizing! Booking with Julie was easy. She responded quickly to our inquiry and answered all our questions. The kitchen was spotless had a new refrigerator and microwave. And the garage had an extra overflow fridge, but we didn’t need it. There were lots of beach toys that my daughter just loved. Can’t wait to come back next summer!! Thanks again Julie!

Not a good experience.

The condo was furnished well. The house was not clean and we did so ourselves. The kitchen supplies were old and very disorganized and lacked many pieces that we could have used (we purchased ours at the Dollar Store). The refrigerator broke and we had to use 2 school type refrigs for 3 days when there was one available in the next condo. The frig was old and had been fixed the week before. The microwave broke but was replaced the next day. There were 12 of us, 2 were 6 & 8 so we had a lot of food to keep cold. There was a lot of frustration with dealing with the ice coolers we had to use. If you own a condo, you should be prepared for emergencies and have back ups. That experience was not good for us. The view is spectacular and the beach is directly in front of you so that may help counter the problems but not for us.

Great location for beach lovers. Living space was vast and amazong

Renting was easy. The fees were immense. Not sure if I would use VRBO again.

Fantastic(!!!) location and views, spacious house, great deck, a bit of deferred maintenance

This section of the OC beach was absolutely wonderful for the whole family (ages 2-81). Amazing, oceanfront views, and plenty of space for multiple families. Friendly owner too. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys, barbecue, and plenty of cookware. There were a few maintenance issues: sliding screen doors that didn't slide, a noticeable bad odor in 1 bedroom (perhaps related to the air conditioner), and a broken part of the refrigerator (but it still worked well), dirt under the cushions in the breakfast nook. Shared stairway and deck with neighbor wasn't a problem for us. Overall it was great for everyone, and a few minor fixes would have made this a 5-star, maybe even a 6-star experience!

BREATHTAKING VIEW

We all enjoyed a week at the shore with easy access to the never ending beach. The views were extraordinary. We all enjoyed seeing the moon rise out of the ocean as well as early morning sun rises. There was plenty of room for the adults and children for sleeping and we all enjoyed eating our dinners together as a family with plenty of seating for everyone. Great Location

The place is beautiful, lots of room for a family trip. Beach is right there, easy walk back and forth. Each level had a patio or deck looking out to the ocean. The kitchen was well supplied with the basic essentials. Do make sure you bring your own linens. The host made everything easy, no hassle and no excessive contacts. It was just a great, relaxing vacation rental.

Would definitely recommend.

Great space. Awesome views. Perfect location for peace and quiet. Easy to work with Julie. It is a townhouse with a shared wall and outdoor space, but as long as you know that going into it, it's a wonderful home.

Wonderful fall weekend

We had a wonderful stay in the beginning of November. An unusual heat spell gave us sunny 70 degree days on the beach. The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking.

Beautiful property

I really like this house. The top floor is a large open space with modern kitchen and a balcony with ocean and beach views. The property was well maintained and clean. The check in and check out process was easy. The garage and driveway can fit about 4 cars if needed. I recommend this property and would stay again.

we loved it. it was immaculate when we checked in. we loved the set-up-brs downstairs and living area upstairs and you cannot beat the location. on the downside sometimes could not get a internet signal on the bedroom floor. and we felt that besides the master suite the beds were not queens but doubles. again we loved our stay and are considering the location and same time slot for next year. thanks again. karen farbman

Perfect Family Spot

Clean, well laid out. Great outdoor seating options. Hose, beach chairs, umbrellas in basement. Very convenient. Easy beach access and since it is mid block, not a congested beach site. Very responsive owner. See ya next year

Spectacular Views and Beach Access

This townhouse has the best beach access and views from the third floor. It has plenty of room, lots of beach equipment and provided a wonderful family beach vacation. The only 2 reasons for 4 stars was spotty wifi - my son and daughter-in-law had to work remotely while at the house, and I was not aware that we had to share the deck and beach-side balconies with the adjoining townhouse. Our neighbors were excellent - quiet and friendly, but would have been good to be aware of this prior to arriving (perhaps I missed it in the description?). I would, however, highly recommend the townhome for an outstanding beach get-away.

I enjoy long walks on the beach. My kids enjoy playing in the waves. There is something for everyone. This property is right on the beach, there are no streets to cross or traffic to dodge, the beach is right outside the back door!
