Relax in the treetops at Brae Villa with your family, friends and furry friends. It is located in Smiths Lake Village on the lakefront. You’ll love the homes location, huge living areas, spacious veranda's and private rocky foreshore access to the lake for fishing or kayaking.
Brae Villa has everything you may need during your holiday.
You will have a huge fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room, living room, enormous main bedroom upstairs, 4 generous bedrooms downstairs and another bed in the TV room, modern bathrooms on each level and 2 huge verandas.
The home is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided and your pets are welcome.
You are right on the lake and water views are exceptional.
WEEKEND PACKAGES
- Enquire to extend your weekend and we can include SUNDAY NIGHT AT A REDUCED RATE!!!
- Extend your weekend getaway and book on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will receive these 2 nights at a reduced rate.
Brae Villa accommodates a maximum of 10 GUESTS. Children 2 years and older are considered guests and need to be included in this total number. Babies under 2years are not included - a maximum of 2 babies and 2 pets are welcome.
You are allowed to park max 3 cars on the driveway. If you have more cars, they have to be parked in the street.

Please pick up all their "dos" from the yard
