Location is good for walking access to downtown, Little Italy, seaport village and in season Petco Park. Unit is nice size and layout. Management was always available with good suggestions.

Great stay in Little Italy
We needed to rent an apartment for nearly three months before we could move into our new home. Pam gave us a tour of the building made it easy for us to get the keys/fobs. The two bedroom condominium was on the 15th floor with a view of downtown San Diego. We loved the views from our windows! It was tastefully decorated was well equipped. The unit was very clean when we moved-in and the building was well maintained. The building amenities including the pool, exercise room and garden areas were so pleasant. The beds were totally comfortable and it was quiet at night when we were sleeping. It was great having two parking spots in the garage. The diverse neighbors that we met in the elevators were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we began to wonder if we should have bought a condominium in the same building. Little Italy is great. We enjoyed the Saturday farmer's market and the nearby Pappalecco's for gelato!

Wonderful Little Italy Stay
Our stay in this Little Italy condo unit was quite enjoyable. The unit itself was well appointed with stunning city views of downtown San Diego. The beds were comfortable and all the unit amenities worked well. The building with its underground parking was perfectly located with easy access by car to and from nearby freeways. It is a few short blocks from the center of Little Italy with its plethora of excellent restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the harbor and downtown. The check in and out procedure was easy and Pam was always available if we had any questions. All-in-all, we had a wonderful experience staying in the unit.

December in Little Italy, SAN Diego
The location of this condo is outstanding. We were guests for the month of December with our own car and could get anywhere quickly without difficulty. The underground parking was excellent. Of course, we took advantage of the surrounding services & sights nearby & enjoyed the convenience of walking to restaurants, shops, convention center & Santa Fe train station. The unit is appointed well and the beds are very comfortable. We definitely would return & do it all again.
