Una vista da favola

La casa è in un' ottima posizione, ha un bellissimo balcone con vista sulla baia mozzafiato! La casa è piccola ma ben organizzata, in 5 siamo stati benissimo. Dista circa 10 min a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Santa Giulia, sulla strada si trova anche un mini-market. L'accoglienza della Sig.ra Agnese è stata molto gradita. Consigliatissima!

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement qui est tres propre, tres fonctionnel bien équipés, la vue depuis la terrasse est juste sublime. Juste petit bémol le parking qui se trouve un peu plus bas du logement. Sinon vous pouvez réservé les yeux fermés. Famille W.

Traumurlaub in einzigartiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, sehr abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in traumhafter Lage und für unsere Ansprüche schöner, absolut zweckmäßig eingerichteter Ferienwohnung. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Bucht von Santa Giulia ist einfach grandios und die Mischung aus Bergen und Meer, die diese Gegend bietet, absolut außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt ein richtiger Traumurlaub in einzigartiger Lage.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus

Wir waren vor der Hauptsaison vor Ort und haben die Ruhe genossen. Könnte mir vorstellen das es recht laut wird wenn alle Häuser besetzt sind. In der Umgebung werden einige neue Häuser gebaut. Das Haus ist empfehlenswert, da freie Sicht auf die Bucht und niemand vorne dran gebaut ist. Weg zum Strand ist nicht so weit.

Mini-villa idéale

Parfait, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mini-villa Hortensia. Situation idéale, proche des plus belles plages. Vue splendide du grand balcon sur la baie de Santa Giulia. La mini-villa est très bien équipée et propre. Ma fille a adoré dormir sur la mezzanine qui est spacieuse. Seul petit bémol la literie de la chambre parentale qui est très dure.

Petite maison au calme avec une belle terrasse sur la baie. Accès à la plage en 15 minutes à pied pas besoin de prendre la voiture , c'est top. Je recommande cette adresse.

jolie petite maison avec vue magnifique

Après avoir été reçu par un "sergent-major", donc pas très agréable,très froid, j'aurais apprécié une bouteille d'eau au frigo. Mis à part ça, vue imprenable. Revers de la médaille, faut marcher un petit 15 minutes pour aller à la plage. Petite maisonnette de vacances qui a tout le nécessaire. Par contre il faut se battre pour avoir une place de parking, mieux vaut ne pas rentrer après 17 heures. Endroit calme.

Location tres pratique avec superbe vue !

Location conforme au descriptif, facile à vivre, avec beaucoup de rangements! Nous avons bien profité du barbecue et de la superbe terrasse avec la vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. A 10 vraies minutes de la plage à pieds. Climatisation très appréciée. Location Propre et Très bien équipée (grille pain, bouilloire, transats, machine à laver, plaques à induction ...) Un tout petit bemol sur le matelas qui était mou (mais nous n'avons pas eu mal au dos) et la mezzanine où il est difficile de tenir debout (pour les adultes) mais cela n'a en rien entaché nos vacances, nous y retournerons sans problème !

Une carte postale...

Un superbe séjour dans cet appartement à quelques minutes de la mer. La vue est époustouflante, le cadre idyllique, l'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire et la clim est vraiment utile. Si vous voulez décompresser, c'est l'endroit idéal. Le calme est assuré, parking au pied de l'appartement, c'est très propre, ça c'est important. On s'est régalés. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, on en rêve tous.

2EME SEJOUR FORMIDABLE DANS CETTE LOCATION

nous étions venus l'an dernier et avions été enchantés par la maison, son emplacement, sa vue magnifique, sa propreté mais aussi son équipement (très complet ) - cette année nous avons retrouvé l'ensemble aussi parfait que l'an dernier avec à l'accueil les Propriétaires M.&Mme RICHARD toujours aussi chaleureux - nous ne pouvons que les remercier pour leur gentillesse - c'est une location parfaite à tout point de vue il n'y a aucun point négatif - bravo

Je suis ravie des vacances passées chez Mme Richard j'espère pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine.

L'accueil était parfait ,la maison très agréable avec la climatisation au deux niveaux tout le nécessaire est sur place même un peu plus et la situation est parfaite quand à la vue, de la terrasse est magnifique. Merci Mme Richard pour ces superbes vacances en partie grâce à votre maison.

De vraies vacances !

Une petite villa avec une terrasse pleine de charme et une superbe vue. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au calme avec à proximité la mer accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Le pain chaud pour le petit déjeuner n'est pas loin avec la supérette en dessous. La maison est fonctionnelle et on apprécie une clim super silencieuse pour les très chaudes journées d'été.
