Nothing brings relaxation like starting the day with a short stroll to the beach from this immaculately presented two bedroom apartment, only footsteps from the white sand and rolling surf of Maroochydore Beach.  Perfectly positioned on the Sunshine Coast, and surrounded by some of the finest cafes, bars and restaurants on offer, Coastal Soul offers the ideal place to relax and recharge.  Enjoy local Sunday markets, patrolled surf beaches and the nearby, calmer swimming waters of the Maroochy River.  With so much within walking distance, you’ll find there’ll never be a need to stray far from home, meaning a car is not essential. 
 
Stylish coastal decor meets the latest luxuries to create a space you can’t help but unwind in.  With light and airy spaces throughout, a luxury bathroom, modern bedroom suites with cushion top Sealy queen sized mattresses and modern kitchen (featuring stone bench tops and breakfast bar), it’s not surprising previous guests have called it “absolute comfort”.

This apartment is very well located within Cotton Tree, clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and the unit is well appointed and has all the amenities you could want. We let the owner know the oven did not work properly as the door did not close and therefore could not heat food adequately.

Location was fab. 5 min walk to the beach just a street away. The unit had everything we needed. Even for a wet weekend, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while the rain came down. The unit was immaculate with comfy bed and pillows and a huge bathroom.

This has to be the cleanest accommodation we've stayed in. It was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was beautifully furnished. Fantastic location. Communication was excellent. Our car was too tall for the garage however there is open air parking out the back. I could not fault the property or Mitch, the wonderful host. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It was a really nice unit and its location meant that we did not have to hire a car , apart from the first day. Great dining, cafes and beaches all within walking distances. Great communication from Mitch and very easy to deal with. we would recommend this place and we look forward to coming back to it in the future.
