Riverside Breeze

Relax and unwind at Riverside Breeze, just 5 short miles outside of Sunriver. The setting alone will wow you, as the home sits on a scenic seasonal canal that feeds into the Deschutes River. During the summer, you’ll have access to the canal that’s only a few hundred yards to the Deschutes River.

When it's time to head indoors, you will find the open living room, dining room, and kitchen a breeze to move around, along with the conversation. The primary suite has a high quality King size bed in which you can relax and allow the Central Oregon cool evening breeze lull you to sleep in the summer.

Beautiful & Relaxing Location
The property was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen (dishes, serving ware, baking ware) for cooking at the house. Plenty of space for a family and was very happy to see a wheelchair ramp, those are hard to find in a rental. It was a nice quiet location with a relaxing atmosphere. The young teens enjoyed the air hockey/pool table and the extra space. The adults enjoyed the peacefulness of the flowing water just steps away. We also checked out the food cart place in LaPine, great food & location if you don't feel like cooking. It was a great experience & a comfortable place to stay.

Anniversary trip
This was a getaway for me and my husband to celebrate our 37th anniversary and just enjoy the beauty of Oregon. The home was exactly what we needed. Peace and quite, serene setting. We even had a deer walk through the yard on the last day. The home was very roomy. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the water view from the living room as well as the bench on the edge of the river. The location was convenient to Bend and Crater Lake. We HIGHLY recommend this place and we will return ourselves.

Lovely spot right on the river.
Big fan of this spot. It is both cozy and spacious. Only “wish” was AC, but hanging out on the shady dock was a lovely way to escape some heat.

Nice Location right on the river
The house is in a great location. A little outdated and not having AC for the heatwave was a little rough but overall very comfortable, clean, spacious, and nice views with the river in the back yard.
