We stayed in Panorama for my daughter's ski race. The property was in an ideal location in the village. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfy and afforded a great night's sleep. I'd recommend the property to any small(ish) group of 2-3 people. The owner was very responsive and willing to answer any outstanding questions / issues.
This property met our needs for the week long stay. It was my 7 year old son, husband, and myself. My son slept on the pull out sofa (not a mattress only sofa cushions but he was fine). The fridge and dishwasher were smaller sizes, but were fine for us. There wasn’t a lot of storage for food we were going to be cooking so we left it out on the counters (minus the fridge groceries). There was some shelving and a bit of hanging space in the closet so we were able to unpack our clothes which is a must for me on trips. The unit was a great location from the lifts, on the top floor, and the elevator was quite quick. The underground parking was tall enough for our dodge ram truck and there were luggage trolley’s for us to bring our stuff to the unit. The fireplace was an awesome touch. We didn’t use it too much h cause the unit was already toasty warm without even having the baseboard heat going. (Top floor all the heat from other units rose to us). A few nights we slept with the bedroom window open and closed it in the morning. With window closed we could still hear outside noises, but only once the day started going. We had a great family vacation! Great unit for 2 adults and 1-2 smaller kids (or 1 teenager). Affordable and cozy!
The location is excellent and good for shorter stays of one or two nights.
We found the kitchen lacking in supplies. There was a Keurig machine but no coffee pods, which was disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the dishwasher hadn’t been run by the previous occupants, so we ended up washing all the dishes ourselves. Later, we found out that the dishwasher was actually non-functional, which explained the dirty dishes upon our arrival. With the limited supplies, managing with just one dishcloth and towel was a bit challenging for constantly washing and drying dishes. The pull-out couch worked, but we had smaller kids, ages 7 and 10.
Overall, the place served its purpose for our needs.

Great location, could use some improvement
Excellent location, just steps from the ski lifts. Bed/bedding were super comfortable. Linens in bath were nice too. The cleaning staff aren't doing their job....kitchen needed cleaning and there was no toilet paper. Kitchen range outdated, but generally the unit was good. Disappointed with the uncomfortable sofa.
Not a huge place but perfect for 3 (2 adults, 1 kid). You can’t beat the location, even within the village this place is very close to the hill / ticket kiosk and outdoor hot pools. Grab groceries before getting there as it’s a good drive to town the store at the ski village is not well stocked and is expensive. Stayed with the dog as well, lots of areas to walk him and bring him onto the patios for a drink / snack. We would definitely book here again when coming to Panorama.
Love the unit, it has all the amenities needed for 2 adults, and would be fine for a family with young kids.
Bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice quality.
Indoor parkade was handy.
We used the communal hot tubs/pool/sauna everyday, 2 min walk,
Main chairlift was 3 minutes walk.
Everything worked out well.
If you are coming to ski, do bring a lock for the locker for your equipment.
Will be back!
Having a ski in and ski out place was amazing. We really appreciated being in the village and having access to the hot pools after our day on the mtn. The place was great !
It was a bumpy start. The owner forgot to tell Central Check-In at the resort about our reservation. We could not get a hold of the owner through messaging and his phone went straight to voicemail. We were stuck so we had to just wait.
I called VRBO and they were helpful. We almost gave up and the VRBO agent was starting to look at alternate reservations for the night when we finally got a hold of the owner about 45 minutes later. After that everything was fine.
In the owner’s defense we only booked the reservation the day before. It was right before Christmas so I’m sure he was busy. 45 minutes seemed super long when it was happening and we were all tired from the drive but it wasn’t the end of the world.
My only real big concern is that in the event we couldn’t get a hold of the owner VRBO would only give us accommodations for the one night. After that we are on our own. That wouldn’t work for us as we would literally just have a place to sleep then would have to leave even though I had a reservation for 3 nights. This would have sucked but eve more concerning for future reservations if we went somewhere less familiar.
The accommodations itself was quite nice. Exactly as advertised. The pullout bed is not very comfortable but works fine for a teenager.
The location is fantastic. Underground parking is really nice. You can access the underground parking from the main lodge so we didn’t even use the ski storage lockers.
They had Netflix on the TV which was nice.
Due to unfortunate family events we never got to stay in Marks place. However, our experience of Mark himself was awesome. Very accomodating to our needs and requests, and in the end when I notified to let him know last minute we wouldnt be arriving for the weekend, he credited us the amount to use another weekend! We didnt expect a refund or anything of the sort considering our late cancel, so it was a really generous gesture.
Thanks Mark! We look forward to staying here another time :)
My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a perfect golf getaway. The condo unit is great and location is awesome. I would 100% stay here again.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although we weren't inside much; too much to do. Mark was very attentive to everything. Excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.
Love the condo unit that we stayed for 3 days/2 nights, clean, comfy, in front in the mountains. Most of all pet friendly. We will definitely come back!!!!!
Check in process is simple. Had a minor issue when we arrived at the unit. Called the owner who dealt with the issue promptly and allowed us a late checkout to make up for it.
Unit was as shown. Bed was comfortable. Pullout couch not so much but it worked for a kid to sleep on.
Location is great. Faces away from the ski hill so it was quieter than units facing opposite.
The location of the condo was perfect. We brought our 17 year old nephew to snowboard and we were no more than a 1 to 2 minute walk to anywhere we needed to go. Being able to be on the chair lift so easily was a win.
The suite was very clean, had everything we needed, and a great patio to sit an enjoy some coffee in the morning with a wonderful view.
Would definately stay again.

This was a cozy one bedroom apt with a balcony and amazing views of the Mountains. We were able to walk out and ski, walk to dinner, take the fun gondola down to the village and grocery store. Also good Wi-Fi for working and dog friendly.

What makes this property unique
Just FYI the parkade is 6'7" so sometimes ski racks or boxes on top of vehicles will not fit and you may have to find parking outside. also there is a bike lock up down in the parkade.
