Experience breathtaking vistas from this luxurious penthouse situated along the stunning Noosa River

Upon entering this penthouse, you will immediately be greeted by luxurious finishes and exquisite decor. The marble kitchen is truly a sight to behold, and the breathtaking vistas from the penthouse offer a sense of tranquility. The panoramic views make you feel as if you are floating on top of the water, creating the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a refreshing drink with the sea breeze. Additionally, the convenience of a car spot in the basement and a handy lift to transport your luggage to your room adds to the overall comfort of your stay. Amy, the host, is exceptional and readily available to assist with any inquiries. She even generously offered the use of paddle boards to explore the river and canals, providing a truly breathtaking experience. This penthouse is an ideal choice for a family of four with teenagers, as it offers easy access to Hasting Street, either by a 15-20 minute walk or a free bus ride to the main beach. We are already looking forward to returning to this exquisite penthouse.

Exceptional apartment with glorious views

We loved the apartment! It was so spacious and beautifully furnished with stunning views. The location was perfect too as we could either walk into Hastings St, the National Park or Noosaville. Great to be able to go to restaurants without having to drive, however when staying somewhere as special as this we hardly wanted to leave. The sunsets where spectacular!

A place where sun, river and sea kiss under the watchful eye of the glass house mountains

This property exceeds all and every expectation. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything from the view, to the size of the apartment, the kitchen space the amount of equipment in the kitchen the bathrooms the bed and bedding this is a ten star property. Amazing restaurant and fish shop on the corner. A park to walk the dogs quiet tranquil I have nothing but praise nothing absolutely nothing they could do better.

Great stay in Noosa!

Stayed here with my husband and parents over Christmas; we couldn’t have picked a better stay. Beautiful location, well stocked, clean, great space for entertaining (both indoors and outdoors) and most amazing view (sunsets were unbelievable). Would definitely book again in a heartbeat! The open concept of master bath/bedroom did lack privacy. All in all, it was a really nice stay! Thanks so much, Amy.

An exemplary property and apt stay

We were impressed by the expansiveness of the apt and its wraparound verandahs and views. The light coloured parquetry gave the penthouse the feeling of airiness. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail was a standout for us. For example, the quality fitments such as the auto blinds, the fully stocked pantry of teas and coffees. The excellent quality of the appliances including kitchen and laundry. The washing line was also a useful addition. The outside furniture was comfortable and the inside settees with their very clean throws was also appreciated. What was also impressive was the Dyson vacuum and the clean mop head ready to use. The organic cleaning solutions were useful and clean smelling. I could go on but those listed were the impressive features of the this apt. Thank you!
