A home away from home, Serendipity overlooks a small parkland
with an enclosed backyard and offers our guests access to The
Vintage Golf Resort s pool, gym and club house!

Serendipity is a beautifully presented two story home with 4
spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and contemporary furnishings
throughout. The house boasts multiple living areas, a second media
room with a Smart TV with full streaming applications including
Netflix and Disney+ Subscriptions. The main lounge area adjoins the
undercover outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ overlooking a
beautiful backyard that is perfect for the kids. Feel relaxed and take
in all of what the Valley has to offer while staying at this exquisite
home.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 offer King beds that can be set up as 3 x King
split bedding options if needed, with bedroom 4 offering a double
bed. In addition, the rumpus room lounge contains a sofa bed for children (at the additional cost of $75 per night).

The property has an indoor pool table in the house that can be
opened to the back alfresco - perfect for afternoon entertainment
for everyone.

A beautiful fireplace and a large TV and sound bar complete the
downstairs living area facilities.

As you can see Serendipity offers endless entertainment that will
keep the whole family entertained.

You needn't travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

Note the garage includes a personal TESLA charger for your use
during your stay.

Note that Christmas and New Years has a 4night minimum stay (full
house bookings apply).
