The four bedrooms comprise of 2 luxurious king bedrooms, both with ensuites and walk in robes, and a further 2 king bedrooms sharing the main bathroom, with bath, shower and separate loo. This well-appointed property has ducted, reverse cycle air-conditioning and WiFi, plus an internal laundry.
Joeys Crossing is located just off Broke Road and Hermitage Roads meaning you and your guests are only minutes from memorable Hunter Valley attractions, food and experiences and bike trails. Joey’s Crossing is located 8.8km to Hunter Valley Gardens, 3km De Iuliis Wines, Hunter Belle Cheese Café and Leogate Estate, 6.5km to Tyrells, 5.6km to Keith Tulloch, Muse Kitchen and the delights of Hermitage & Deasys Road cellar doors; Hunters Dream, Degen Estate and Hart & Hunter, and only 16.9km to the start of the Broke Wine Trail. You’ll be spoilt for choice being conveniently located to visit cellar doors, restaurants, golf courses and wedding venues.

Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

TARIFFS
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 6 guests (adults or children) $792 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 6 guests (adults or children) $594 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Extra guests including children aged above 2 are charged at $100 per person per night
Infants under 2 are free.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1,000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
