LAKE FRONT townhouse at The Maples on beautiful Sproat Lake. Wonderful, clean, safe, modern (and newer), efficient townhouse. Three bedrooms. Accommodation for six (2 per bedroom). Covered patio. Outdoor dining / seating and BBQ.

The townhouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. There is no cable or satellite TV but there is good internet / wifi.

Minimum four (4) nights required for booking.

Sproat Lake is the best lake in Western Canada.

Use of a dedicated boat slip may be available ... please request in advance of booking if needed.

Common Property facilities such as the large dock area, protected swimming area, a terrific beach area & communal firepit.

Unfortunately there is only two parking spaces available for this townhouse ... there is street parking if needed.

Amazing home!!

Beautiful property! Kitchen and living on separate floor than bedrooms which is a great feature when traveling with a large group. Ski run was very easy to access via a small walk. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful Lake Front Property

Clean, well equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. The third bedroom is cramped no dresser or closet with two twin beds that take up the whole room with no space i between. The other two bedrooms were spacious, one with a deck and bathroom. Great views of lake. Kayaks. Dock and swimming area. Clean pristine lake surrounded by Mountains.

Perfect stay - exceeded our expectations

My family and I spent about five days at Julian & Joelle's property. This townhouse is beautiful, overlooking the vibrant Sproat Lake. The place is easy to enjoy, and the layout feels spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and tidy, and it had everything you needed. We couldn't have asked for more. The townhouse is on the lake, and they provided their two kayaks, a big highlight for us. Julian & Joelle were very kind, responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to have a relaxing time in a beautiful environment to stay at Julian & Joelle.

Fabulous property and location!!

This townhouse is beautiful, it worked wonderfully for me and my teen sons. It’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The location is awesome! A short walk down to the lake. The dock is huge (shared) but huge with a great roped off area to swim. We brought paddle boards and paddled every morning! The kids used the owners kayaks which they loved! A great stay I would come back jn a heartbeat!! Thank you Julian!!

Pacific Northwest Paradise

The property was everything we had hoped. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Beautiful lake and mountains. Lots of hiking, water activities and peace. Close to a town with shopping and restaurants (Port Alberni) yet remote enough to be at one with nature. Very friendly (for dogs as well) and safe area! Looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!!

After many years living overseas we have settled on Vancouver Island, and we appreciate its beauty and shorter (less wintery) winters compared to other parts of Canada. We fell in love with Sproat Lake, and we love being there ... we believe that it's the best recreational lake in western Canada.

Why they chose this property

The Maples is one of just two townhouse complexes on Sproat Lake. The Maples is safe, and secure, has a great dock, and is the perfect property for us to own, share, and enjoy. While The Maples is not our primary residence, we feel privileged to own on the lake.
