Just Chillin' Two Condo is a premium condo on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the BEACH! The condo has been recently updated with lots of new furnishings condo filled with lively oil paintings from the owner.

Spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar! Tired after a long day on the beach? Grab a pizza or burger in the Market Cafe'. Relax in the hot tub while your kids are in the arcade.

Arrival is a breeze. NO CHECK IN! Go right to the elevator and to your condo! Don't worry about losing a key. We have electronic locks with your very own code! Just walk in, throw on your bathing suit, and head to the beautiful white sugar beach!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near every restaurant imaginable. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep-sea fishing is right up the street!

Beautiful views

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary and his 60 th birthday. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view is gorgeous! Check in was easy. Kathy went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated! I couldn’t ask for a better host!

Beautiful amazing time

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Amazing location, literally steps to the beach! Highly suggest renting a beach chair and umbrella in advance because you will want to use it all day! We had an infant and were able to go from the pool to the beach to the room with such ease! The actual room has a great setup for families! Everyone had their own space including our teenagers who loved the bunk bed setup and the view is spectacular! Having 2 bathrooms was also a plus so that everyone was able to shower and use the bathroom as needed! Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience! The owners responded immediately when we had a question and even checked in with us later to make sure we were good!

Nice condo, excellent location

The condo is exactly as described. Very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was the trash chute is located very close to the bedroom and can be quite noisy at all hours when people decide to deposit their trash in the chute. We were there over a very crowded holiday weekend so this may not be the case during off-holiday stays. Communication with the owner was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Fourth of July

This place was a great place to stay! We went to Universal Studios for three days before coming to relax at the beach! Ninth floor is perfect setting to drink some coffee and look out over the Gulf. It was beautiful. The water is clear and the sand is white! Would definitely recommend this place!

Best beach vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time in Destin! We loved staying here at the Pelican Beach Resort. Kathy (condo manager) was so wonderful. She provided so many helpful tips about the resort and also places to visit in Destin. The condo was PERFECT! So clean, great space and our kids loved it. It was so great to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean, We are from Texas, so it was so nice to be in Destin! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort, condo and experience! It’s so true to form too…the pics are really what it looks like.

Property was nice and clean. It has a wonderful view of the beach. The property's pools and tub were very nice. Private Beach was easy to access and beach side bar made the stay that much more enjoyable. Overall a wonderful getaway.

Perfection!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or location while visiting Destin. The views from the balcony are breathtaking; we could have sat there the whole trip and been perfectly content! Also, we were able to see dolphins every morning while having our cup of coffee. This is an outstanding condo, and we plan to stay there again! Thank you!

Gorgeous View, Immaculate & Updated. Great Communication.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and we were not ready to go home. We had such a wonderful time. The view is incredible. The host was very good with communication, kind, and very accommodating. Unit is immaculate and updated. We cannot wait to go back.

We live in Louisville, Kentucky. Have been vacationing in Destin for 28 years. Our family loves Destin and wanted to make it our second home! We want to share our home with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located near the marina, fun family activities, shopping, water park, miniature golf and movie theater. Love having so many restaurants so close. Our favorites are Crab Trap, The Back Porch, A J's, Pompano Joe's and McGuire's. A must is getting fresh shrimp at one of the seafood shops nearby.

What makes this property unique

The views from this condo is spectacular. We fell in love with it the moment we walked in the condo. I am filling our "home away from home" with my personal art work/oil paintings. We want our place to give your the fun and whimsy vibes that we all need to just relax and have a great vacation! Life is Best at the Beach!
