Minutes to St. Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Palais Theatre and city bound trams. This well appointed apartment offers split system heating/cooling, fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed and sparkling bathroom with European laundry.
Feel at home with a split system heating/cooling. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops and with all cooking utensils and crockery provided. Secure video-com entry, lift access and secure basement parking.
On check out day, please remember to take everything you brought into the apartment and leave they keys on a bench top then lock the doors behind you.
