Two balconies offering both the morning sun with your coffee or tea and the afternoon exquisite Bribie Island sunsets with a drink! This unit is situated on the Top Floor – two bedrooms, one bathroom with a separate toilet. Air-conditioned for the hot summer days plus you can warm the unit up on those cold chilly nights! Being on the third floor there is a beautiful breeze coming across from the Pumicestone Passage.

Maximum of 5 guests allowed, sleeping one double and two singles. (Additional Trundle available). Plus facilities are available for babies.
Open plan living with one balcony overlooking the large swimming pool. No Wifi available. BBQ facilities available for use. Please ensure that the barbeque is cleaned afterwards. There is a communal lounge available across from the pool for all residents in the complex to make use of.

The kitchen is a modern design suitable for all cooking or there is a great café just 2 minutes’ walk away for breaky or lunch! Local shopping centre is only a few minutes walk away - if that!
All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off.

Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the passage, watch the amazing sunsets that Bribie has to offer or go for a swim on the quite beach where BBQ facilities are also available. There is a single garage and street parking.
