"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Every transaction will have a non-refundable merchant fee of 3.5%.

The security refundable bond of $10,000 needs to be collected before 1-2 days before arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

Payment terms - Full payment 60 days prior to arrival

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
