The Space:
This incredible space is ideal for a group traveling to Playa and the Riviera Maya area. It's in one of the best locations on Playa del Carmen’s trendy north side called Zazil-ha. The famous 5th Avenue is just 2 blocks away and you’re merely steps to the beach! The condo is in a great spot near some of the top restaurants in town, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, souvenir shops, and more. Everything is in walking distance!
The 2nd-floor condo space features the following:
- Open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, ideal for shared time together with your crew plus gorgeous marble flooring throughout
- An open airy dining space with lovely dining table for 6 for more formal sit-down dinner moments
- A comfy living room with a TV to relax & enjoy a movie with direct access to a large private terrace/balcony with table and chairs and sofas to enjoy your morning coffee or some cocktails!
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen and everything you’d need for preparing meals at home if you’d like.
- A cute breakfast bar at the counter with barstools for grabbing a quick coffee or to chat with the chef.
- 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms: one w/a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom and the other with two double beds, to sleep up to 4 guests in this room, for a total of 6 guests in the condo.

The amazing floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room area will be fantastic when you open them all the way. You’ll extend your living space to the outdoors and onto the extra-large balcony and get a nice indoor/outdoor flow and more bonding with nature. There’s furniture for lounging or dining out on the terrace too. Enjoy a nice night, a glass of wine, and the ocean breeze!
Casa del Mar is just breathtaking and will be the highlight of your dream vacation! You won’t need a car because you can walk anywhere. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and your large private terrace/balcony during your stay. Casa del Mar also has an amazing rooftop swimming pool, lounge chairs and sun beds for relaxing and taking in the gorgeous ocean view.

The condo is in the trendy north end of Playa del Carmen on CTM and just steps from 5 the beach!
- 2 blocks to 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique/souvenir shops & plenty of people-watching!
- CTM Ave, is at the north end of town (where more of the locals hang out!) and it's a wonderful street with lots of good local restaurants & near some of the best beach clubs in Playa!
- Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegria & Calle Corazón plus boutique stores & more
- Soriana grocery & convenience stores in walking distance

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.4 km/33.8 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! Once you arrive to Casa Del Mar condos, there's a designated parking space in front for your unit #203.

Other Things to Note:
- Please note there’s ongoing construction happening nearby. You’ll likely hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.
- The properties we manage are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
