Why they chose this property
This property is located in the perfect spot. It provides privacy and expansive outdoor space while only being a two-minute walk to the downtown core.
What makes this property unique
Guests have access to the entire house and a 7,000-square-foot backyard. The backyard features a BBQ, outdoor sectional, dining table for 6, firepit and lounge chairs, and is surrounded by trees and plants. A selection of card and board games, and smart TV make the living room the perfect spot to unwind. A washing machine, dryer, and handheld steamer are available for guests to use during their stay. Central air conditioning throughout. The driveway is able to accommodate 3 cars, with additional parking in front of the house.
