Escape to our 3 bedroom + bunkie waterfront oasis to relax and enjoy the outdoors all year round! Situated on beautiful Ahmic Lake near Magnetewan, ON, with many activities on-site and nearby to enjoy.
The space
This cozy bungalow cottage features three bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living/dining room area, and a large outdoor space. WIFI is available throughout the property.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a washer and dryer, a walk-in closet, a standard closet, and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own patio door offering beautiful views and quick access to the deck, backyard, and lake.
Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, as well as a closet.
Bedroom 3 has a standard bunk bed with two single beds.
A second bathroom is in-between bedrooms 2 and 3.

This cottage also features a full kitchen with all appliances - fridge, freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Keurig coffee +latte maker, blender, and toaster.

The living room has a dining table, a pull-out couch, two recliners, and a comfy chair to sit back and relax, as well as a large TV, many DVDs, board games, and two different game consoles. This is a bright space with stunning views of the backyard and lake.

Outside you will find a spacious outdoor area with a large back deck, BBQ, bunkie with an additional sleeping area, fire pit, horseshoe pit, large new dock, and a great grass area for kids and activities.

In addition to the beautiful dock, there is a gentle wade-in area to get into the water, as well as a swim-out dock, or you can take a kayak or canoe out to enjoy exploring the lake!
