This beautiful home is located in the community of Seton in Southeast Calgary. It is very close to South Health Campus, the largest YMCA with Waterpark, and is very short walk to one of the best playgrounds in the city. This beautiful open concept home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including cutlery, pots and pans as well as baking essentials. Traveling with pets and or children this house has a fenced yard, and a large furnished deck. Has two large flat screens with telus tv, netflix, and a Nintendo game console. This three bedroom house has a bonus room upstairs, as well as an office on the main floor. With a King size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a double, this home can sleep 8 people.
The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with an oversized bath tub and a large outdoor balcony.
The upstairs bonus room has a large flat screen smart TV and sectional; Perfect to relax and watch Netflix, DisneyPlus or YouTube or telus tv.
