Great little place!

We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend! There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. It was really nice having a nice and affordable place to stay! Very well furnished and really close to everything Branson. Only one small negative was the master bedroom bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Overall really pleased!

A little disappointing

It was a good location. Nice and quiet. It just wasn't very clean at all. I was super disappointed because it looked so cute and cozy online...but unfortunately lacked cleanliness in person. This is something that could easily be fixed though if addressed.

Great place to stay

The view on the patio was amazing. I loved watching the golfers play. Condo was in a great spot. The condo was also spacious and very accommodating.

Not well-taken care of or clean. Smoker smell.

You can tell that the previous owners were smokers. Our clothes and luggage smelled like smoke when we got home. There was trash and women’s underwear by the nightstand in the master when we arrived. The living room curtain bracket had been torn down and was just sitting on a broken bracket ready to fall. The plumbing fixtures did not work well, everything was original and old, but just painted over. Not impressed and not worth the money we paid. The manager was unresponsive or very delayed in responding and the company Evolve has ignored our concerns.

Close to Everything!

This spot is in the middle of it all. Quick drive in any direction and you find something new. Plenty of space in the condo for lots of people and still room to play games and activities. Host was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful.

The condo was absolutely wonderful, check in and check out was easy. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and had enough linens for all seven of us, that’s a huge plus for a large family. I would definitely stay again!!

Good—nothing special.

Downstairs shower needs to be fixed. Hard to control temp because the handle is about to come off. Plenty of extra blankets/ pillows but no extra pillow cases found. Upstairs bed needs attention. We had to fix the slats. Everything was clean except the bathroom sink faucet downstairs was overlooked and had something gross on it. We called the contact person the first morning because there were no batteries in one of the tv remotes and she came right out with batteries.

Great Property

Great location - no more than 15-20 minutes from any place we wanted to go. The condo was immaculate and well furnished. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice and quiet. A welcome plus-light switches were labeled so we knew what switch turned on a particular light or fan!

A Learning Experience

This was a rather disappointing visit due to poor pillow quality, uncomfortable furniture and toilet paper that was 1 ply! Sounds silly but 1 ply is worthless….we had to go purchase some TP. The condo was clean enough; however, we have always had crisply made beds where we visit and this was not the case. There are visible marks an the walls and doors (not horrible but could easily be washed)…..the condo was in a very quiet location. We would not stay here again based on our experience.
