The villa fronts onto lawned parklands a safe swimming beach and is within walking distance of the Parnkalla walking trail, Recreation Centre (pool, gym, squash and basketball courts) and a short drive to the City Centre. A wonderful place for a quiet getaway.
Three bedroom single storey Villa in a lovely quiet location. Bedroom 1 has a QB, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has a DB. The bathroom is walk through from the main bedroom. Separate toilet & vanity. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely outdoor BBQ area.
