True blue and brand new, the AZURE RANCH HOUSE is the ace-up-your-sleeve when traveling to Northeast Florida for up to 10 fellow guests. With 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, and 1 Sofa ensures your luxury accommodations remit value as well.
We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.
Mandarin amenities in the Pickwick area include a nearby Whole Foods grocery store (for those guests that enjoy a home-cooked meal away from home), great dining options (we recommend Picasso's Italian), as well as nearby access to I-295 for reaching the Beaches (~25 minute drive).
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
You will have access to the full home, pool, and grounds.
3 Bed 2 Bath -- Built 1978 Renovated 2022
Bright, cheery, airy, and spacious, here you will find an assortment of recently renovated fixtures, appliances, and plush furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment.
The grill is propane-fueled. Please do not refill the fuel tank; instead, reach out promptly for service.
Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.
