About this property

Insane Views Luxe Furnishing House on Highest Hill

Samudrá at 1770 is a totally separated two-story, 3 bed 2 bath beach house located on the highest hill in the 1770 headland with insane views of the ocean. Surrounded by Eurimbula National Park on two sides, you have a huge wraparound deck overlooking the water in front, and a neighbour only to your right. If location and nature is your jam, you will be hard pressed to find a more ideally located home in 1770. A short stroll to the 1770 foreshore, but away from the road and people. MUST CLIMB STAIRS, not suitable for wheelchair access or elderly.
First floor is totally separated from ground floor, maximising privacy for two groups. DO NOT book if you want to very close to everyone in the group.

About the host

Hosted by Ruchi

Host profile image
As an avid traveller, I really appreciate the consistency and luxe bedding that hotels provide but also aim for privacy, individuality, and peace that vacation rentals bring; there is simply no comparison to having your own place to share with no one else but your people. Each of my homes has been curated personally by me. I hope you make as many great memories in them as my family and I have and continue to do so.

Why they chose this property

Located on the 1770 headland on the highest set hill, you are a five-minute walk to the 1770 foreshore and lagoon, ideal for little kids to swim at. You are surrounded by the Eurimbila National Park on two sides, and the ocean and river view frames the huge deck. You can also take a 10-minute walk through the park to access the main Agnes beach.

What makes this property unique

- 2 wrap-around decks, the upper one overlooking the ocean
- Surrounded by Eurimbula National Park and a haven for bird lovers
- Very good separation between the upper and lower level with no internal access
