About this property

Beach front condo on 2nd floor of low-rise building. Quiet and no hassle waiting for elevator but has all the amenities offered at the Resort. One bedroom with king size bed, two full baths, queen sofa sleeper in living room. Full kitchen, newly remodeled w/ all full size stainless appliances, built-in microwave. All dishware, glasses, utensils furnished. Nice size balcony with table for outdoor dinners or the coffee in the morning. Watch the dolphins or the sunset/sunrise and enjoy the quiet. Two TV's and Free Wi Fi.

Enjoy swimming or sunning by pool between Leeward and Windward buildings or swim at the Lagoon pool just a few steps away. Beverages can be purchased both in or out by the Oceans Restaurant by the Lagoon pool. Kiddies splash area and Cabanas are available also near Lagoon pool. Full service restaurant, pizza place, gift shop, beauty shop all on-site for owners and their guests.

Had enough beach? There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, Par 3- 9 hole private golf course, All without leaving the property. And, a tram to take you to them is Free for the asking.

Panama City Beach offers new Pier Park open mall w/ restaurants, shopping, cinema. Hiking biking trails, mini-golf, water sports of all kinds, helicopter rides, boat rentals, fishing, an overall great vacation spot for everyone.

Some of our favorite eating spots: Sharkey's, Wicked Wheel, Saltwater Restaurant, Pineapple Willie's, Firefly, American Charlies and Oceans that is on-site.

The little ones and older ones alike will enjoy Wonder Works, mini-golf, Zoo World, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island water park, to name a few.

Excellent stay!

Had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. Great location, right outside the elevators, but we couldn’t hear people coming off or a lot of noise. Going to the beach was so easy. Sharon was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. The only slight wrinkle would be the kitchen. I had to borrow supplies a few times from another condo that my family was renting while cooking dinner. The bedding in the bedroom could use some updating. Overall this is one of the best condos we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying there again!

Accurate Listing

Accurate listing to what is noted on VRBO. Awesome location on the beach - less crowded than over by the high rise towers in Edgewater and easy to park. The decor/furniture is a bit outdated compared to the condos our other groups of friends rented, but it did the trick for the purpose of our visit! Sharon was great with communication and the check in process was super easy and efficient.

Spring Getaway

Perfect size for 2 people. Awesome view of the ocean and beach. Pools were nice but were not heated as water was pretty cold. Good centralized location within Panama City Beach. Restaurant on site had good food. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful. Had an issue with the condo not being clean upon arrival but we cleaned as much as we could and once Sharon knew we came back from the beach to a clean condo. We had a great time and hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay!!

We had an absolute wonderful time!! There were 2 adults and 14 and 10 year old. There was more than enough room for us. Some people have mentioned that the furnishings are a bit out of date. Maybe they were. But everything was in good working order and good condition. So it didn’t effect the stay at all. The response time of the owners was almost immediate with every question. Everything about the booking, check in, stay, and check out was flawless. And you’d have a very hard time finding a place to stay any closer to the beach than this one. Thank you Brunell family!!

Great place!

Check in was easy, as Sharon sent keys and parking pass. Great view. Perfect place for just husband and I. Super easy access to the beach. This unit is in one of the smaller buildings, so it was much less crowded on the beach. Plus we rented the wooden loungers. Clean, nice, great location. We had a great time.

Less than pleased

Pros: Sharon is very nice and very responsive. Location is great, beach is beautiful. Cons: We spent a considerable amount of money for this condo for a few days in peak season, right as everyone was emerging from the quarantine. Before check in, she let us know the patio door wasn’t closing. She sent someone to fix it the next day but it remained open most of the night. Not a problem, no big deal. The next day, I realized the sinks in the bathrooms and the tub drains were so slow to drain that we were standing in our own filthy shower water for the whole shower and brushing our teeth in a sink full of our own spit. She asked me to use the lager/plunger in the tubs for now until she could get someone to come. That she would “make it up to me”. I finally found the plunger so I tried it on both tubs that were full of icky water, no luck, it wasn’t moving. She sent someone the next day to fix it. No big deal. I asked about the WiFi since that building doesn’t have the greatest cell reception. She called the building and got me instructions on resetting the router. When that didn’t work she got us connected to her other unit next door that has its own WiFi. No big deal. One of our last days there we tried to run the dishwasher and use the garbage disposal. The dishwasher leaked into the floor requiring a towel to soak up the water and the garbage disposal sounded like it was full of rocks. We also tried to run some of our clothes through the washer and dryer. There’s a note that states you need to empty the dryer filter before and after use so I tried and it dumped so much sand and trash from other peoples clothes that I just refused to use it. I had debated on this review because Sharon was quick to respond. She kept saying “nobody else had these issues and they checked out the same day you checked in” and “I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this”. Honestly I expected her to issue me some type of minimal refund, any amount would have really took the sting out of a problem filled vacation. When she said “try this and I’ll make it up to you”, I felt a little more at peace thinking she would but it seems having a plumber come in was all she meant. I’m careful with my reviews as I know this is something people will read before choosing her condo, but had I have seen a review like this one, maybe I would have chosen different and not stayed somewhere I had to speak to the owner everyday about something broken. I will not stay here again.

There is so much to do whether you like golf, fishing, shopping, or just relaxing around the pool or on the beach. Panama City Beach to us, has the best, cleanest beaches of any place we have ever traveled. We've owned condos in PCB for over 25 years and have made many memories with family and friends here.

We love this area and the Edgewater Resort complex offers so much to owners and their guests that you really don't have to leave the resort once there.

What makes this property unique

I think this is the only beach front resort in Panama City Beach that offers much more than just pools and hot tubs. There is tennis, golf, restaurant on site, fitness center, Splash Pad, ropes course, etc.
