Parking is a breeze with a dedicated spot for one car in the shared driveway and ample free street parking. While the other half of the duplex is occupied, rest assured that your space is entirely your own, offering a tranquil, private retreat.

On the main floor, just beyond the kitchen, the primary bedroom beckons. A sanctuary of relaxation, it boasts a king bed adorned with luxury hotel-quality linens, a generous closet space, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and all the essential toiletries.
Venture upstairs to find three additional inviting bedrooms - two queens and a twin, each one kitted out with the same high-quality linens and ample closet space. The twin room also hosts a desk, perfect for catching up on work or planning your next day's adventure. A second bathroom, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, serves these rooms.

Guests have access to all of your half of the duplex and the backyard is shared with the other guests.
If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.
After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!
We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $400 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

This part of East Austin is an area in transition, known for its diverse community and emerging growth. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
