Lake & Mountain View 2 Bedroom House
This brand new, modern house is located in a quiet residential area, with expansive views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range. Only 5 minutes by car to central Queenstown & a bus stop 2 minutes' walk away.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The open plan kitchen and living room has been cleverly built to maximise the amazing views and sunshine. There is a large balcony overlooking the dramatic mountain range and Lake Wakatipu on one side and a comfortable seating area with an outdoor fireplace on the other side.
On the main level is the master bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite. Separated for privacy, there is a queen bed & ensuite on the lower level.
The house is fully insulated with underfloor heating throughout, a heat pump in the main living area, and panel heaters in both bedrooms for warmth during winter months. There is also a heat transfer system that ensures consistent temperatures throughout the house.
There is unlimited WIFI throughout. Guests also have use of the washer and dryer located on the main level.
Please note that the house is located in a residential area with permanent residents all around plus a tenant living downstairs, so guests must be mindful of excessive noise.
The house and linen are cleaned and prepared by professionals between each stay, hence the linen and cleaning price.
We have a 24/7 duty manager on call if you have any issues during your stay.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
