Brand New Modern Suite - Minutes away from Downtown Vancouver

Brand new , approx 980 sft, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement suite has everything to offer. Close to downtown and all the local mountains this location has everything to offer any type of visitor. Our Basement suite comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. There is a smart tv in the living room and master bedroom that has access to Netflix, Prime video, Disney or any other app as well as a local tv cable package.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (double
bed on the bottom and single bed on the top) as well as a pull out couch (double) in the living room.

There is lots of storage for bags and clothes in both the bedrooms.
Private entrance on one side of the house and a smart lock that will have an access code that will be activated for the duration of your stay.

***Parking *** available in front of the house. Street Parking. Safe family neighborhood, close to bus station and really well located a few minutes from downtown Vancouver. Exterior monitored property with security system connection for peace of mind to our guests and our family.

One of the best kept secrets of the North Shore, nestled between Marine Drive and Highway 1 in the Lower Capilano area of North Vancouver. Centrally located and yet quiet and tucked away from traffic and congestion, this area is a prime example of the pleasures of North Shore living.

Close to shops, hiking trails such as Bowser Trail and MacKay Creek Greenbelt, with easy access to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and some of the North Shore's best family activities, this community is definitely a fantastic neighborhood.

Wonderful property

Unit is exactly as pictured. Wonderful location. Hiking paths are with in a short walk. Loved the Corner Stone bistro 2 blocks away for coffee and muffins. Our one small issue was handled thoughtfully by our host. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful new space

This is a beautiful downstairs apartment. great space for our family of 5. New furnishings, spotlessly clean. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. We loved the family neighborhood and the short (but steep) to the restaurant area. Great location for exploring all of Vancouver!

Quiet clean and convenient

I needed a place to stay in North Vancouver and found this lovely place. The unit is in a brand new house. It has been thoughtful decorated and had everything you need. The neighborhood is a quiet older suburban neighborhood. Very quiet but close to everything. I will be back. Thanks to the hosts for a nice environment

Clean, surpassed our expectations!

Clean home, nicely furnished. Had lots of stuff in kiddies room that makes them very happy and comfortable. Home owner was super friendly when we needed help. After our stay, she was readily available to assist us send an item we left behind. It’s a definite come back for us whenever we visit!

Great place. Would stay again.

Family trip with a 7 and 3 yo. The setup is perfect. They have a lot of extra little touches to make it feel like home. The location can’t be beat. Close to convenience but very charming and quiet neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for. Safe; felt very comfortable with street parking in front of the house and taking a walks with the kids. Down the street is an elementary school. Will for sure check to book here again in the future for another visit to Vancouver.

Updated beautiful, cozy modern basement apartment in North Vancouver

Everything was as advertised, excellent location, quiet neighborhood, modern furnishings, comfortable, master bed, good size bunkbed in the second bedroom, very clean, convenient to running trail/ park. Bright & Beautiful Suite in a Quiet Neighborhood

The suite was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was beautiful, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything I needed and more. We were very comfortable during our stay and the neighborhood was very quiet. The communication with the owners was excellent. We felt right at home. I definitely recommend this rental.

September Labor Day in Vancouver

Overall the property was just shown in the pictures. New, almost very clean (I say almost) because there was some short hair in the dining area (not sure if they were from pets) and it was in a great neighborhood. The only thing that made us somewhat uncomfortable was the video cameras all around - the house, the neighbors, etc. I understand they need to see but at some point, felt like we were in Big Brother. This needs to be stated in the listing so folks can see. Otherwise, good, clean place.

Seriously awesome place to stay!

Great, quiet location in a neighbourhood only minutes from the highway, 15 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the seabus. Brand new and very clean. They also did a great job including everything you need for your stay, including a nicely stocked kitchen. Will definitely be staying here again!

Immaculate Unit, Most Well-Appointed Kitchen Ever, Nice Neighborhood

This beautiful basement apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood, with great access to parks for morning walks. Decorated and well-furnished, the rooms are very comfortable. Everything looked like it was new. The kitchen is AMAZINGLY stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, and multiple appliances so that a foodie guest can truly cook excellent meals. Supermarket is close, as is downtown Vancouver, North Van Park Royal Shopping Mall, etc… Joe and Giselle were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and would come back if I am ever in Vancouver again!

We spent a perfect week in this lovely suite. We found a nice welcome gift upon arrival, and the pictures show exactly what you can expect - except there is even more. The suite is really well equipped with everything you may need, from travel guides to bathroom necessities to kitchenware for everyday family cooking. Joey and Giselle live above the suite and were amazingly easy to contact, but never in the least intrusive. The house is in a really quiet residential area - we always slept with our windows open. We stayed with three kids, and while the suite isn‘t huge, the space is very well planned, so we felt we had enough space for eating, playing and chilling. The drive into Vancouver downtown is short and convenient, and the grocery store is just ten minutes on foot. down a long flight of stairs.

Tidy and meticulously clean unit to stay in Vancouver.

We had a great stay at the place. It's the lower unit of a single family house, brand new construction and very tidy and meticulously clean. Very quiet, clean and peaceful neighborhood and close to North Vancouver as well.

This unit is true to all its photos! It was exceptional in its cleanliness and its amenities. Especially the kitchen, well stocked! Perfect for us and best of all, the bed was very comfortable. The property is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. Everything one needs or wants to see in the Vancouver area is a short ride away! We hope to be back soon!
