Pinheiros is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in São Paulo, and from the apartment’s central location you are near the business centers, Universidade of São Paulo, and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping, and a nightlife the city has to offer. This is also one of the easiest neighborhoods to get around in São Paulo - simply call an Uber or a 99 car if you don’t have a personal vehicle, and to further explore the rest of the city, you are only 3 minutes from the newest station on the São Paulo Metro Line 4-Yellow, Subway Stop Pinheiros.

Some of the most popular attractions Pinheiros has to offer include Benedito Calixto Antiques Fair, one of the best antique fairs in Brazil where 300 sellers exhibit their products on the Benedito Calixto Square. Cultural highlights include Instituto Tomie Ohtake contemporary art museum and Escadaria das Bailarinas, a common stairway that was revamped into a beautiful open-air museum by the street artist Eduardo Kobra. 

Those looking for an escape with green space can find it in one of the neighborhood’s local parks, and two poplar options are Pôr do Sol Square and Villa-Lobos Park. Pôr do Sol Square, located on a hill in the Alto de Pinheiros neighborhood, is a perfect place to enjoy sunset views amidst the skyscrapers of São Paulo. Villa-Lobos Park covers more than 700,000 square meters next to the Pinheiros River and has a bird nursery, musical island, playgrounds, and excellent walking and bicycle paths.

• Larger groups looking for more space can book an additional Okaeri Home Apartment on the same floor in the building. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated between the two units. A third unit within the building (on a separate floor) can host an additional 4 for a total of 14 guests. Please note that rates are based on 2-peoplr occupancy and additional guests per unit will be charged extra accordingly. • Pardon our dust – the apartment is in a beautiful new building that may have construction projects taking place from time to time during the day as other owners finish their renovations. Assigned construction times are Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:00 and Saturday from 08:00-12:00, with loud noises only permissible from 10:00 - 13:00. We apologize for any dust or noise.
