The spacious primary suite is complete with a king-sized bed, television, and updated bathroom that features a walk-in shower and large closet. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A king guest room makes a wonderful accommodation for guests of any age and a nearby hall bathroom services this guest room. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin-sized beds and a full private bathroom.

Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
